Season 5
June Update
The season is going well so far. We have seen increased download counts for the paper cards over last year figures and our beta test group continues to see solid numbers.
Our beta test group has been vocal about issues on the platform, but only a few have been major. We won't talk about the huge issue that sent 25,000 emails in 5 minutes... Overall the low number of issues is good news, as a lack of issues in the current build allows us to keep moving forward, specifically in the development of our mobile app, which is really coming along.
The schedule has been updated to reflect upcoming events. We have chosen to leave AEW Fyter Fest off the schedule until we have more details around the setup, so more to come on that.
That's all for now.
Anyone got any good ideas for a name for our app? Send them to feedback@prowrestlingscorecards.com
May Update
Now that Wrestlemania 36 has come and gone, it is time to start season 5 of Pro Wrestling Scorecards. With each season change, we typically introduce design changes and rule updates, but this year will be a bit different.
This season we will be doing design changes, but not be making any significant rule changes. We will be going into more detail on our existing rules, adding information for all rules we do not currently cover in the rules section of our site and ensuring all rules are clearly covered in the digital beta.
Instead of focusing on changes in the coming year, we will be focusing our attention on the following high-level goals:
- Continue to improve web-based scorecard
- Develop native app for Android and iOS
- Creating partnerships with independent wrestling promotions
- Scorecards for historic events to fill event gaps
- PWS merchandise
- Surveying our users to continue improving our product
- Growing our user count
Thank you to everyone that has been playing with us, whether you just joined us for Wrestlemania 36 or you've been with us since the beginning. We love what we do and will continue our mission to make wrestling events more engaging for as long as people keep playing.

Updates
If the event card is updated and time permits, the scorecard will be updated and the update will be listed here. If we choose to not make the update, we will also list that here for your reference.
• Women's 5-Way Elimination match posted with 'fall type' and 'who takes the fall' match extras. Both were meant to say 'final fall'. This was correct in the digital and paper versions at 630a PST. No need to re-download, but please adjust picks if the extra wasn't understood.
• The two new matches will not be added to the scorecard.
• The SmackDown Triple Threat Ladder Match has been change from tag based, to a single competitor for each team. This was rumored so the questions were written to still apply.

PWS Digital Beta open for 1000 more users
Wrestlemania this year is set to be an interesting event. No audience, unclear match stipulations, removed competitors with no announced replacements and rumors that others were removed with no confirmation. It's fair to say that this creates a high number of potential issues for our scorecards, but we are still moving forward. We ask that you are understanding if there are errors or inaccuracies due to the situation.
With that in mind, we'd like to create some potential issues for ourselves. We are not sure how many users our test server can handle, but we will be opening up 1000 slots in the digital beta, without the need for a beta code.

We wish we were in a position to handle our entire user base for Wrestlemania in the digital, but this event typically generates 40-50K downloads, which our current setup is definitely not ready for. That said, opening up for these additional users will provide us the data necessary to understand our server needs going forward.
Much like Wrestlemania, this could go great or be a disaster. Time will tell.
Please stay safe during this crazy time. - The PWS Team
